OUR SERVICES
We provide integrative psychiatry and mental health services. Our services include psychiatric assessments, telepsychiatry, and medication management for many mental health conditions.
Our psychiatric providers may prescribe controlled substances when they are clinically indicated as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. This is always done with careful assessment and strict ongoing monitoring, and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Patient obligations to receive such prescriptions include punctual appointment attendance, safe keeping of prescribed controlled substance medications to avoid loss, and strict adherence to state and federal regulations regarding the use of prescribed controlled substance medications. Our providers reserve the right to terminate the prescription of controlled substance medications if they deem appropriate.

Please ask our staff when scheduling if a virtual appointment is preferred. Our providers reserve the right to request you show up for an in-person appointment if clinically appropriate.
PRESCRIPTION & PHARMACY
The safest and most efficient way to request a refill is through your pharmacy. They will send us an electronic request. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refill requests may require provider approval, so plan to call early enough to avoid running out of medication. The ultimate responsibility for timely prescription refill requests lies with the patient. Refills are only handled during regular business hours.
No, we do not have lab services at our offices. For your convenience, we offer lab orders through LabCorp, with convenient multiple locations throughout the Greater Springfield area. Depending on your insurance, you may also be directed to a preferred outside lab, such as Quest Diagnostics.
INSURANCE & BILLING
We are currently in-network with a variety of insurance plans including Medicare, MassHealth, Carelon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna-Evernorth, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare-Optum. We are constantly updating our list of accepted plans as we contract with more insurance plans. Please contact us directly regarding the most current and complete list, as our accepted insurance plans can change.
Claim denials can happen for several reasons, such as unmet deductibles, co-insurance, lack of referral or prior authorization, or services not being covered under your specific plan. We recommend always checking with your insurance plan before your visit to understand your benefits. Our billing team can assist you in understanding the reason for a denial, but the ultimate responsibility for payment lies with the patient.
Yes. We offer competitive self-pay rates for patients without insurance or who wish to pay out-of-pocket. $300 for an initial evaluation or intake, and $200 for a follow up.
